Job Synopsis: 

Profile: HR- Generalist
Experience 02 to 8 yrs
Location Sector-62, Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:    

  • Handle full Recruitment Cycle: Conducting Screening, Shortlisting, preliminary Interview and Background verification.
  • Issuing Offer/ warning letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and issuing basic assets to new employees.
  • Conducting Induction Process of new joinees
  • Documentation of new joinees 
  • Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.  
  • Payroll Processing (Salaries & Incentives). 
  • Leaves and Attendance Management.  
  • Responsible for joining and exit formalities.  
  • Managing all HR communication (Verbal & written).  
  • Day to Day HR Communications and Activities in coordination with internal department. 
  • General Administration.  

Desired Candidate Profile: 

  • 02 to 8 years exp in HR Generalist Profile
  • Worked independently or with a team of HR
  •  Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal both)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  •  Full-time Graduate or Post Graduate
