Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions.
- Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channels
- Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
- Sourcing and searching on job portals and social sites.
- Strategize, plan recruitment activity along with hiring teams and implement it to stay synched with hiring manager. Understand the company’s processes and style of working to increase hiring speed
- Should be a single point contact for joined candidates and responsible for timely feedback on their performance time to time from respective departments and reporting managers.
- Should maintain and update all HRMIS related to recruitment.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Should have handled operational activities like Attendance Management, Leave Management, Employee Engagement Activities, Festival Celebrations, R&R, Joining Formalities, and Exit Formalities.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and conflicts, and guide to ensure a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefit enrollment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good understating of IT Skills and Technologies
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, hardworking, and efficient time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with the capacity to work independently.
- Adaptable to changing environments and priorities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 plus years of relevant IT company work experience.
