“Loggie” is a logistics application aimed to solve the common problems that individuals and organizations face while sending out parcels. The idea is not new in the market but the platform solves some issues currently faced by similar logistics companies.
The goal is to automate the system, with a strict focus on user experience and business requirements. The application aims at connecting users to the closest dispatch outlet available near them.

Problems
The major problem preceding the development of the platform was that the users needed a way to send out parcels seamlessly, at a transparent calculated fee, and process multiple parcels at one go, Looking at the current terrain of haulage and delivery service, it can be said that loss of goods in transit, inability to ascertain the status of their package and also have multiple orders processed at one go seems to be the main bane of the existing apps.
Solutions
Having understood this problem, we decided to come up with a solution that brings these shortcomings into consideration.
The objective was to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided for the users while they interact with the platform.
