Home Space is a real estate platform designed and developed to help people in finding the residential or commercial properties for purchasing/renting without having to go through a lot of trouble. Home Space presents its users with the opportunity to choose their dream house or commercial space according to their requirements.
Problems
- Property hunting is a daunting task. Finding a comfortable property along with a reliable builder is one of the biggest challenges faced by property hunters.
- While renting, landlords have a hard time finding a perfect tenant whom they can trust without fearing any damage to their property
- Also, local brokers are preferred over existing Real Estate portals despite the high brokerage and fewer options for house selection.
All these are because of the lack of an end-to-end hassle-free system and also there is no cross-verification provided on the existing platforms.
Solutions
- A user-friendly, responsive application containing a database of available residential properties and comprehensive information on each listing with multiple images where users can schedule a meeting or even text/ call the owner directly to discuss/negotiate things regarding the house.
