Digital Pay – Digital Payment

The goal is to democratize financial services to ensure that users, regardless of background or economic status, have access to affordable, simple, and secure interfaces.

The objective is to offer complete security for Digital Pay to transfer the money.

• To identify the target audience and understand their behavior in relation to digital payment apps.
• To design a new interface and experience that improves the discoverability and usability of the application.

To provide a better user experience, we gathered insights by conducting online surveys and collecting data. This helped us to understand the exact needs. motivations and behaviors of the user

• Lack of notification screen to know if the user has received the payment or not.
• No frequent transactions, frequent lags in between transactions.
• No “Favourite list” for maintaining contact with whom she transacts money regularly.
• Cluttered contact lists on the home screen. Sometimes, she could not identify the person she wants to send the money to.

• Want to have a separate notification screen and want to send a message to the user whether the money has been received or not.
• Simple, Easy, and secure platform is provided for the user to have frequent transactions
• Given a “My Favorite list” section, to add a few contacts and transact with them on the regular basis.
• Full name with iconography has been provided to have a clear view.
