OUR ROLE
BRIEF
Conflux is an application for managing all daily tasks to improve work efficiency. It helps the employees to keep file and tasks in an organized manner and reminds the user about all the pending tasks. It helps employees to overcom task prioritization issues so that user can get all the important tasks done on time.
RESEARCH
We operated on qualitative research and conducted usability tests of our prototypes to create more efficient and intuitive application
PROBLEMS
- Unorganized tasks among employees causing chaos and trouble
- Managers can’t monitor their team member’s performance and rate of completion of task
- Project information/Updates are mixed and hidden and tasks goes uncomplete
GOALS
- Design a module to organize the tasks for employees
- Flexible and convenient task management system to monitor teams and create team productivity report
- Notifications with full details of the project as well as collaboration with other members and reminders of the pending tasks
PERSONA
By asking open-ended questions in our user surveys, we were able to understand the exact needs, motivations, and behavior of the user
USER FLOW
By creating a customer journey map of the task management process, we were able to discover how the user interacts with the functionalities of the platform
WIREFRAME
Before investing time and resources into pixel perfection, we brainstormed wireframes for basic structure and flow
FINAL UI DESIGN
Based on established wireframes, our UI/UX designers created the final design
