Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle full Recruitment Cycle: Conducting Screening, Shortlisting, preliminary Interview, and Background verification.
- Issuing Offer/ warning letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and issuing basic assets to new employees.
- Conducting Induction Process of new joiners
- Documentation of new joiners
- Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-8 yrs exp in HR Recruitment Profile
- Worked independently or with a team of HR
- Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal both)
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Full-time Graduate or Post Graduate
